Italy's highest administrative court has rejected an appeal from Coca-Cola Co. over an earlier anti-trust ruling, a US$16.1m fine and an order for the soft drinks giant to change its marketing and sales practices. Coca-Cola was looking to clear itself on appeal after Italy's anti-trust regulator had found the company and its largest Italian bottler guilty of anti-competitive marketing practices in December 1999.
