Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) is to face the Greek Competition Committee next month following charges from PepsiCo-HBH over the use of refrigeration space.

CCHBC said that the hearing, on 10 November, will consider whether the company is adhering to a ruling in 2002 that said CCHBC had to provide 25% of its refrigeration space to competitor products.

PepsiCo-HBH claims CCHBC is not abiding by the 2002 ruling.
