Coca-Cola Amatil  has voiced expectations for single digit growth in earnings this year due to a strong start from Pacific Beverages and its Australian, New Zealand and Indonesian non-alcoholic drinks line.

Speaking at the company's annual general meeting in Sydney, CCA managing director Terry Davis said that single digit growth in earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) was expected in 2007.

Davis added that the company has shown recovery from 2006's 11.9% fall in net profit ($US232.6m) and that a similar EBIT growth rate is achievable for 2007.
