The finance director of C&C Group is to retire later this year, after 34 years with the company.
Brendan Dwan, 62, will stand down from the post in May, the Irish drinks company said today (8 January).
The company's current chief operating officer, Stephen Glancey, will assume Dwan's role, C&C added.
"Brendan played a huge role in the shaping and development of the group over many years," said company chairman Tony O'Brien. "I would like to thank him for his immense contribution and wish him well in his retirement."
As well as its flagship cider brand, Magners, C&C also owns spirits brands including Tullamore Dew, the second largest Irish whiskey brand by volume behind Pernod Ricard's Jameson brand.
