The Danish brewing group, Carlsberg Breweries A/S, has acquired 9.9% of the shares in its partly-owned Polish subsidiary, Carlsberg Okocim, from the German brewer, Bitburger Brauerei, for DKK86m ($11.9m), thereby increasing its stake in Okocim to 71.47%.
