Cann's THC & CBD Cann beverage

Category - Cannabis beverages

Available - From this week

Location - Los Angeles, home delivery via Eaze.com

Price - SRP of US$30 per multi-flavour six-pack containing 23.7cl cans

US company Cann has rolled out a low-dose cannabis beverage containing 2 mg of THC and 4 mg of CBD.

Cann is targeted at consumers looking for alcohol alternatives that can fit into a healthy lifestyle. The beverage will be sold through home-delivery platform Eaze.com in the Los Angeles area.

According to Cann, the THC provides a "light buzz" while the CBD "lessens anxiety and smooths out the high".

The range comprises three flavours - Grapefruit Rosemary, Lemon Lavender and Blood Orange Cardamom. All three come in 23.7cl cans with citrus and herbal flavours and an agave nectar sweetener.

THC beverages are increasing in number in California, where their sale for recreational use has been legal for more than a year. However, this week, THC-infused non-alcoholic brewer Ceria released a non-THC version to target demand in the NA beer category.
