Cadbury Schweppes, the world's third largest soft drinks company has sold its south Sydney facility Alexandria to Charter Hall and AMP for a speculated $A30m ($15m). Neither party were available to comment but Business Intelligence reported that Charter Hall and AMP would include this latest investment into their property development portfolio.
