The Danish beer group, Bryggerigruppen A/S, has announced that it has entered an agreement to sell its UK subsidiary, Robert Cain & Co., to the UK-based investment companies, RC Brewery Ltd and Stanhill Investments, for DKr39m (US$5.2m). Under the terms of the deal, R C Brewery will take over the Cain operations while Stanhill Investments will take over the British brewery's property including its chain of pubs.
