Brown-Forman has released a range of bitters, tinctures and syrups under its Old Forester Bourbon brand as it looks to further align with the cocktail occasion in the US market.

The company said today that the Old Forester Cocktail Provisions range comprises three bitters, two syrups and one tincture. The products, which are aimed at both the on- and off-premise channels, have been created with Louisville company Bourbon Barrel Foods.

The Old Forester Cocktail Provisions line comprises:

Old Forester-based bitters - SRP US$11.50 per 2oz

  • Bohemian Bitters: Cherry Tobacco
  • Smoked Cinnamon Bitters: Baking Spice & Smoke
  • Hummingbird Bitters: Citrus & Floral

Syrups - SRP $8.50 per 2oz

  • Perfect Old Fashioned Syrup
  • Oleo-Saccharum Syrup

Salt and Pepper Tincture - SRP $7.50 per 2oz

According to Brown-Forman, the releases are designed to "take the guesswork out of creating high-end cocktails".
