Brown-Forman has declared its quarterly cash dividend.

The US wine and spirits giant said yesterday (17 November) that the dividend on Class A and Class B Common Stock would rise 14.3%, from US$0.245 to US$0.28 per share.

The indicated annual cash dividend will, therefore, rise from US$0.98 per share to US$1.12.

Stockholders of record on 5 December will receive the cash dividend on 1 January, the company added.
