Brothers cider has launched a new website.
The UK company said yesterday (8 August) that the site - www.brotherscider.co.uk - has been designed to build the brand's reputation as a cider to be drunk at festivals while listening to live music.
The site will capitalise on the connection people have with the brand after having sampled the ciders at the annual Glastonbury festival in the UK, Brothers added. The site also includes an online store.
"We are very aware of the power of online as a medium," a spokesperson for the company said. "The new site has been designed with customer dialogue and interaction in mind with enough to make people stick to the site and return to see what we're up to and how they can get involved."
Brothers believes its target audience of 18-35 year-olds are high users of the Internet and tend to book tickets to festivals and gigs online.
Brothers Cider is available in selected Sainsbury's and Tesco supermarkets at a RRP of between GBP1.59 (US$3.03) and GBP1.75 depending on the variety.
