Big Rock Brewery has confirmed details of its latest monthly distribution.

Big Rock Brewery Income Trust, the Alberta-based trust which owns the brewer, said yesterday (22 October) that its monthly distribution for October will be C$0.13 (US$0.12) per trust unit.

The distribution will be paid on 15 November to all unitholders of record as of 31 October. The trust units will commence trading on an ex-dividend basis from 29 October.

As owner of all the securities of Big Rock Brewery the trust is entitled to receive all cash flow available for distribution from the business after debt service payments, maintenance capital expenditures and other cash requirements.
