The Big J has introduced a new packaging design for its smoothiepack brand. The smoothie company said yesterday (24 August) that the new design has been refined to give the packs a more contemporary look.

The company has also introduced three fruit flavour combinations, raspberry and banana, mango and orange and pineapple and lime, each made from 100% crushed fruit, with no additives or preservatives. The smoothies are also wheat-, dairy-, gluten- and GMO-free.

The 250ml pack comes in a prisma tetrapak, while the litre version comes in a gable-top Elopak carton, and the smoothies have an ambient shelf life of six months.

The Big J exports some 5m smoothies to 17 countries.
