BevTrade.com, Inc. ("BevTrade" or the "Company"), a leading provider of e-commerce solutions to the liquor industry, announced today that it has engaged Princeton Securities Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of VentureHighway.com, Inc. ("Princeton Securities Corporation" and "VentureHighway.com, Inc." herein referred to as "VentureHighway") to act as its agent for a private placement of common stock. In connection with the capital raising, VentureHighway has taken an equity interest in BevTrade.

BevTrade.com, Inc. CEO Harvey Kesner said, "I am pleased to announce this important milestone in our corporate history. We are enthusiastic that VentureHighway has agreed to act as agent for our private placement and to welcome them as an equity investor in the Company. The capital raising will finance the Company's continued rollout of its exciting business model."
