Beam Suntory has launched its first UK single barrel programme for Maker's Mark, as part of a tie up with high-end department store Harvey Nichols.

Harvey Nichols Maker's Mark Private Select sees a fully-matured barrel of Maker's Mark finished with ten treated oak staves for a period of nine weeks. The combination of staves has been chosen by Harvey Nichols.
Stave choices include Baked American Pure, Seared French Cuvee, Roasted French Mocha, Toasted French Spice and Maker's 46.
The 55% abv Harvey Nichols Maker's Mark Private Select edition rolls out on 22 October and it is limited to 252 bottles, priced GBP75 (US$98.50) each. The whisky will be available at all eight Harvey Nichols stores in the UK and Dublin as well as online.
