The Danish brewer, Carlsberg, has announced that its joint venture with Scottish & Newcastle (S&N), Baltic Beverage Holding (BBH), is to sell its stake in the Russian brewery, Voronezh, to its subsidiary, Yarpivo, in a bid to simplify the company's structure.
