The Botanical Suite, due to open next month in collaboration with Dandelyan bar, will feature a terrace overlooking the River Thames and living foliage. Staff from Dandelyan will guide guests through a variety of cocktails, looking at the chemistry, biology and history behind the drinks.

Tickets for the activation, which will last for four weeks, cost GBP55 (US$75) per person, with two sessions taking place each day from Wednesday to Sunday.

Dandelyan was awarded world's best cocktail bar at last year's Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards in New Orleans. It is in the Mondrian London hotel, where the Botancial Terrace will also be based.

Bacardi has rolled out a number of immersive activations for Bombay Sapphire. In 2016, The Grand Journey campaign took guests on virtual tour of the countries where the gin's botanicals come from.
