It was announced today a bid for a grant by a 'National Wine Research Cluster' spearheaded by the Adelaide-based Australian Wine Research Institute and CSIRO Plant Industry was successful. The Commonwealth Government will contribute A$4.5m to the bid and the South Australian Government A$700,000 dollars.
