The drinks group, Beverage Brands UK, has been censured by the advertising watchdog, the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), for a press ad for its RTD brand, WKD. The ad depicted a man wearing only an open raincoat and a hat with a bottle of WKD covering his crotch. The ASA upheld six complaints that the ad was pornographic and offensive.
