Jamaican rum producer Appleton Estate is to introduce a limited edition 'luxury' rum, available excusively from its distillery in Jamaica.

Appleton Estate Exclusive Edition will only be available for sale at the Appleton Estate Rum Tour starting this week, at a cost of US$250, the company said today (23 September).

The rum is presented in a bottle with a design inspired by Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum's signature bottle, with a cork finish and packaged in a wooden gift box.

The Appleton Estate is located in the Nassau Valley in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.

Earlier this year, Appleton Estate launched a print campaign in the US aimed at attracting premium Scotch and whisky drinkers. Carrying the tagline 'Sip Up', the print campaign featured in magazines such as Men's Journal, GQ, Esquire, Out, Fast Company, Black Enterprise, Robb Report and Wired.
