The continuing courtroom battle between Budvar and Anheuser-Busch for the rights to the Budweiser trademark saw another victory for Budvar this week in Germany. A Munich appeals court upheld an earlier court decision giving Budejovicky Budvar, the Czech brewer, exclusive rights to use the Budweiser name in Germany.
