Anheuser-Busch InBev has launched a UK TV ad as part of its Stella Artois Open golf sponsorship at St Andrews.

The ad, which will air throughout this week's tournament, tells the story of Tip Anderson, caddie to golfer Tony Lema, who in 1964 won at St Andrews despite never having played the course before. The campaign includes POS activity in around 1,000 outlets and in off-trade stores in the UK, A-B InBev said.

The Open Championship started yesterday and will end on Sunday. Stella Artois's sponsorship is part of its World’s Greatest Events global activation.
