Absolut is to launch an RTD version of its famous vodka brand in Australia early next year.

According to a report in the Sydney Morning Herald, the drink range will be called Absolut Cut.

The drink, which will be distributed by Maxxium, is to be a mix of vodka, citrus and sparkling water.

It will be positioned as a brand with a lower alcohol content but a higher price tag than other RTDs on the market.
