The investment bank ABN AMRO today reiterated its "buy" recommendation for Dutch brewer Heineken and estimated Heineken's earnings per share to grow 12% in 2002 and 10 percent in 2003. "We believe Heineken's numbers will hold up well in a consumer downturn, even by sector standards," analyst Jamie Norman said in a research note.
