21st Century Spirits has acquired the US rights to import and market the Gabriel Boudier line of liqueurs and eaux-de-vies.

The Los Angeles-based importer and wine and spirit producer said today (1 December) that it will begin its national campaign first with Creme de Cassis de Dijon and "Josie" Framboise, followed by distribution and promotion of an additional 10 to 12 items in the Gabriel Boudier line in January.

French-based Pernod Ricard previously held the distribution and marketing rights to Gabriel Boudier in the US.

"We are thrilled to begin promotion and distribution of Gabriel Boudier within the US," said Kevin Egan, vice president of sales and marketing for 21st Century Spirits. "Gabriel Boudier produces some of the best liquors in the world and we are confident that our sales, distribution and marketing teams will be able to effectively create strong ownership of the premium liqueur category and increase sales in the US."
