Systembolaget has ambitious plans for increased customer service. In 2010 the company started internet retailing and in 2012 it started to try home delivery of its products. Initial try-outs have been done in some parts of Stockholm and further cities are to be involved in these tests. The order is placed via the internet and delivery is made between one and three days later (weekdays). A fee of SEK200 is charged for each delivery.
