All commercial beverages remained in low single digit growth in Q4-16, thanks to the good performance of key categories such as dairy and the recovery of alcoholic drinks. Q4-16 is the off-peak season for beer consumption, however due to the leading brewers’ efforts, beer consumption had a small increase in Q4-16 and Wine growth was slowed slightly due to the fierce competition. Due to the Chinese new year, hot tea saw a significant growth and hot coffee saw a huge growth in the respective markets.
