Late last year, the Scottish Parliament saw fit to remove the toll booths from the famous Forth Road Bridge in the country.

No longer would Scottish drivers have to fork out GBP1 to cross the bridge. A small ceremony was held earlier this week, when the first driver to cross the bridge for free was awarded...

... a bottle of Champagne.

Is this gift entirely appropriate for a driver?
