SOUTH KOREA: Wine imports soar - report

The market for imported wine in South Korea has leapt by 20% during the first half of the year, according to local reports.
Wine imports rose by 22% in the six-month period to US$38.9m, according to the local Yonhap news agency, citing figures from the Korea International Trade Association.
The report said that the increase marked the third successive year of double-digit growth in the January-June period.
