California beer and wine distributor Terrell Wines is to begin distributing Argentinean BarbaRoja's Barrel-Aged Red Ale into the San Francisco and Los Angeles markets.
Imported by Daqopa Brands of Redmond, BarbaRoja will be distributed into stores, restaurants and a number of fine wine shops with an RRP of around US$12 for a 750ml bottle.
"We are excited to have the opportunity to expose beer lovers and foodies to this unique red ale," said Chris Terrell, Terrell Wines. "Craft beer is on the rise and Patagonian hops derived, barrel-aged red ales are a rare find."
The beer is 9% in alcohol by volume (abv) and is a limited production, 750ml cork-finished bottled beer.
BarbaRoja is brewed in Escobar and owned and operated by the Mastrioni Family.
