The Sebastiani and Cuneo families, owners of the famed historic Sonoma Valley winery, today announced that an agreement has been reached for the sale of the company's Humphrey and Brown International Wine Marketers along with its six brands: Farallon, Heritage, La Terre, Nathanson Creek, Talus and Vendange, to the The Wine Group Inc.
