PHILIPPINES: San Miguel mulls Oz asset stake sale - report

Philippines drinks conglomerate San Miguel Corp. has still to decide whether to sell a stake in its Australian dairy and fruit juice operations, according to local reports.

San Miguel president and chief operating officer Ramon Ang told Dow Jones today (22 May) that no decision had been made on the sale of shares in National Foods, the unit it acquired last year.

The company has already moved to combine the operations of National Foods with its Australian juice maker Berri.
