Changes at Remy Cointreau's US unit

Rémy Cointreau has confirmed a brace of marketing appointments at its US subsidiary.

Rémy Cointreau USA said yesterday (7 June) that Philippe Roederer has replaced Vincent Duhem as senior vice president of marketing. Duhem has stepped down to return to his native France.

At the same time, Nicolas Hériard Dubreuil has become director of digital marketing, a new post within the unit.

Having joined Rémy Cointreau in May, Roederer has held previous positions with Allied Domeq and Financiére Moulin de Champagne.

Hériard-Dureuil joined Rémy Cointreau USA in April as director of digital marketing and social media. Prior, he was a strategy consultant and an internet-based design business entrepreneur. He is responsible for the development of digital marketing platforms for all Rémy Cointreau USA brands, and to increase the portfolio’s presence within social media.

Back in April, Rémy Cointreau posted a lift in full-year group sales, driven mainly by growing demand for Cognac in Asia.
