French group Remy Cointreau has confirmed to just-drinks reports that it has granted Russian group Cristall exclusive distribution rights to its Bols brand vodka throughout the Russian Federation. <P> The Russian Federation's vodka market is the biggest in the world with an estimated value of around one billion pounds sterling annually .
