InBev has picked Inversora Cervecera to acquire three brands owned by its Argentine subsidiary Quinsa that had to be sold off in connection with an Antitrust Approval Process.

Quinsa is the largest brewer in Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, and also operates in the Chilean market. The company, which is 93%-owned by AmBev, is also the main Pepsi bottler in Argentina and Uruguay.
