UK: Pernod unveils aluminium pack for Mumm

By | 30 October 2007

Champagne G.H. Mumm has launched a rigid-aluminium travel canister gift box for the brand.

The brand's owner Pernod Ricard said it has been specially designed to protect the bottle of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge and keep it cold for longer whilst travelling.

The gift canister will be available exclusively from Selfridges in time for Christmas, priced at £23.99.

Chris Seale, head of Champagnes at Pernod Ricard UK, said: "Our work with brand ambassadors such as Bear Grylls, Tom Avery and Ellen McArthur convinced us of the need to develop a special carry case. This new canister means that consumers can celebrate their extraordinary achievements with a bottle of G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge any time, any place, any where."
