FRANCE: Pernod Ricard approves cash dividend

The board of directors of Pernod Ricard has approved the distribution of an interim cash dividend for the 2007/2008 financial year.

The dividend, approved at yesterday's (18 June) board meeting chaired by Patrick Ricard, is EUR0.63 (US$0.97) per share. The ex-right date will be 30 June and the interim dividend will be paid on 3 July 2008.

In accordance with prior years' practice, this interim dividend is equal to 50% of the total cash dividend amount paid in relation to the 2006/2007 financial year and after implementation of a two-for-one split on 15 January.
