AUSTRALIA: Pernod Ricard acquires NZ winery

Australia's Orlando Wyndham, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard, is to acquire 100% of New Zealand's Framingham Wine Company Limited, subject to the approval of the New Zealand Overseas Investment Commission. A purchase price was not disclosed.
