US: PepsiCo reduces stake in PepsiAmericas

Food and soft drinks combine, PepsiCo, has reduced its stake in the Pepsi bottler, PepsiAmericas, by 7% to 38.1%, according to a filing with securities authorities in the US. PepsiCo did have a 44.8% stake in its second largest bottler.
