CHINA: PepsiCo opens new plant

US soft drinks giant, PepsiCo, has opened a new bottling plant in China. The new $23m facility is located in Shenzhen. According to reports, PepsiCo has so far invested some $500m in China with around 30 joint ventures or wholly-owned facilities in the country.
