US: PepsiCo declares dividend

PepsiCo has given details of its latest quarterly dividend.

The company said today (19 November) that a dividend of US$0.375 per share will be paid on 2 January to shareholders of record on 7 December.

The soft drinks giant said last week that it has maintained its earnings per share guidance for 2007 of "at least" US$3.39. Estimated core earnings per share, which was also unchanged, should come in at at least $3.35.

The company also reaffirmed its full-year 2007 cash flow guidance of at least $7bn in cash from operating activities, approximately $2.6bn in capital spending and $4.3bn in share repurchases.
