By Swineetha Dias Wickramanayaka   PepsiCo India Holdings is reorganising its management structure, to base it on five regional markets: north, east, west, south and central. A Pepsi official said: "The organisation structure in the market units is being reconfigured to reflect geographic continuity and tap new market opportunities." The objective, he added, was to increase the distribution of the company's products, gain greater flexibility in controlling resources and more effectively share best practice.
