AUS: Palandri auditors ask for IFRS extension
By just-drinks.com editorial team | 13 April 2006
Australian wine producer Palandri has suffered a delay in submitting its recently-announced interim results under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The company's auditors have told Palandri's board of directors that they will not be able to meet the deadline for submitting the review of the figures and have asked for an extension of the deadline to 28 April.
The Australian Securities and Investment Commission had set a deadline of 15 April for submission of the IFRS-adjusted numbers.
Last month, Palandri posted losses of A$818,529 (US$598,344) for the six months to 31 December. Revenues stood at A$14.3m, down from A$14.7m the year before.
