California wine producer Don Sebastiani & Sons has unveiled two new additions to its "The Other Guys" division: The White Knight and Gino da Pinot.
The two new wines are single varietals: The White Knight is a 2005 Viognier from Clarksburg, while Gino da Pinot is a 2005 Pinot Noir sourced from Monterey.
Both have a suggested US$16 retail price and join the existing TOG portfolio: Le bon vin de la Napa Valley, Plungerhead and Hey Mambo. All are available in California, but will be rolled out to other markets across the US in the coming months.
"The Other Guys is sort of an appellation ambassador - we celebrate wines that are unique because they are distinctly expressive of where they were grown," said August Sebastiani, managing director of The Other Guys.
