Nemiroff has increased its monthly output by almost a third. The Ukrainian distiller said yesterday (10 November) that production for the month of October was up by 32.12% year-on-year to 85,730 hectolitres. Compared to September, Nemiroff's output last month was up by 13.55% or 10,230 hectolitres.

In value terms, output in October rose by 20.81% to UAH77.8m (US$15.4m) against the corresponding period a year earlier.

For the first 10 months of this year, production was up by 32.75% to 655,100 hectolitres a climb of 18.88% in value terms to UAH606.882m.

Last year, the company produced 669,000 hectolitres of alcoholic goods, an increase of 47% compared with 2003.
