Mozart Distillerie’s “MOZART R.G.” Chocolate Cream
Mozart Distillerie is proud to announce the introduction of its super premium milk chocolate liqueur.
Mozart Distillerie has launched a super premium extension for its Mozart Chocolate Liqueur range to celebrate its 60th anniversary next year. A true “Meisterstück”, a master-piece of which the team of Mozart Distillerie is particularly proud.
Mozart R.G. blends together Belgian gourmet chocolate, Forastero and Trinitario cocoa from Ghana, premium vanilla from Madagascar, fresh cream and cocoa butter.
Thus continuing a long tradition of refining the art of blending chocolate and fine distillates combined with innovative maceration processes.
The exceptional taste of Mozart R.G. derives from the devotion and passion of the Master Distiller and Master Chocolatier, Mr. Dietmar Fadinger.
Over 20 years of experience paired with his dedication and skills made it possible to create the perfect chocolate taste, but still being light and easy to drink.
He has been sourcing only the best ingredients of the highest grade, testing them thoroughly on mixability and processability to ensure that the unique aromas are encapsulated and released only when hitting the tongue. Specifically for Mozart R.G. Dietmar Fadinger developed a highly complex and elaborate maceration process where the unique cocoa macerate is refined in Bourbon oak casks for a minimum period of half a year.
Dietmar Fadinger is one of the few in the industry, if not the only one, that successfully earned three Masterships in Distilling, Chocolate and Confectionary, Aromas and Essences.
Twice every year, Mozart Distillerie tests more then 40 different chocolates from all over the world to track the latest consumer preferences and trends. Thus maintaining a chocolate world map identifying taste profiles to ensure that our market intelligence is always up to date.
Mozart R.G. therefore provides exactly what chocolate lovers long for; it is smooth, light and easy to drink. A full and complex chocolate taste beautifully balanced with notes of vanilla and caramel and a very delicate after-taste with a subtle kick of alcohol.
Mozart Distillerie’s CEO Mr. Florian F. Iro says about Mozart R.G.: “We surely challenged ourselves to new heights while still staying true to our long tradition and experience in chocolate spirits. We aimed to provide a superior chocolate indulgence and spirit lifting pleasure - a product that can enrich people’s daily hectic and busy lives and provide them with a product that fits perfectly for the needed quality time to unwind. Mozart R.G. definitely is the most exciting launch in years being most relevant to consumers in taste, design and packaging.”
Mozart Distillerie is producing and bottling all their products in Salzburg, Austria. Mozart R.G. joins the highly awarded chocolate liqueur and spirits range that include Mozart Gold Chocolate Cream, Mozart White Chocolate Cream, Mozart Black Dark Chocolate (non-cream) and Mozart Dry Chocolate Spirit (a clear distillate). Mozart Distillerie has last made an imprint on the bartending world with the launch of Mozart Chocolate Bitters.
