CANADA: Molson Coors declares dividend

Molson Coors Brewing Company, the Canada-based brewer, has declared a regular quarterly dividend of US$0.24 per share.

The dividend will be payable on 15 March 2010 to shareholders of Class A and B common stock listed as of 26 February.

At the same time, Molson Coors Canada has declared a quarterly dividend of approximately CDN$0.25, the Canadian equivalent of the dividend declared on the Molson Coors’ stock, also payable 15 March 2010.

Earlier this week, Molson Coors warned of sluggish demand in its major beer markets, but the group refused to be drawn on acquisitions in new markets.
