US/CANADA: Molson Coors confirms quarterly dividend details

Molson Coors Brewing Company has confirmed details of its latest dividend payment.

The North American brewer, which recently began operations of its joint venture with SABMiller in the US and Puerto Rico, said yesterday (29 July) that it will pay its shareholders a quarterly dividend of US$0.20 per share.

Payment will be made to holders of Class 'A' and 'B' common stock in Molson Coors as well as Class 'A' and 'B' exchangeable shares in Molson Coors Canada as of 29 August, on 15 September.
