FRANCE: Moet & Chandon invest €5m in new vat

Champagne producer, Moet & Chandon, has invested €5m in a new vat at its Epernay HQ dedicated to reserve wines. The vat, which has just entered service, has a capacity 47,500 hectolitres. Engineering work on the vat was supplied by Reims-based consultants, Pignat.
