French drinks group Marnier-Lapostolle has unveiled a limited edition Grand Marnier for the Christmas season.
The 1,000 Cordon Rouge bottles will be available in the UK in stores such as Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Fortnum & Mason and Harrods. Selected bars and hotels will also be stocking the bottle, the company said today (18 August).
The new bottle is the seventh in an annual series of limited editions launched by the company.
Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge retails for around GBP20 (US$33) a bottle and is distributed in the UK by Cellar Trends.
Last month, Marnier-Lapostolle reported a 6% fall in sales for the first half of 2009, due to a decline in exports to the French firm's key US market.
